Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), are subject to a $25 fee. This policy helps us keep timely availability open for all patients. Fees may be charged to the card on file.
Refund Policy
Payments for consultations and services already rendered are non-refundable. If you’ve purchased a package, membership, or prepaid service you haven’t yet used, contact our office to discuss your options, which may include credit toward future services at our discretion. Refunds for unopened, unused medications will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable pharmacy and state regulations, and are not guaranteed.
